I purchased this camera in April 2019 for my daughter’s birthday. She used it once snd loved the pictures, but was unable to open or unlock it when she tried to use it again. After considerable complications and red tape, she returned the camera, and was told that the 30 day warranty had expired and that it would cost her $90 to repair. After more red tape, you returned the camera to her. She wonders whether your company sent her a camera that was not new, but just refurbished, as the box that the camera originally came in was not the original box for the camera, nor was the manual or the warranty. Fujifilm told her that the warranty was incorrect, hence the $90 charge.....I will NEVER purchase anything from you again! Totally unsatisfactory, poor customer relations, unnecessary complications!

My daughters took this on a trip to Florida and they were able to take lots of great pictures that were clear and in focus. I was in a panic when I was packing their stuff, so I couldn't find the battery charger. They left with a full charge and were able to take a week's worth of pictures! :) This is my personal camera, so I think each of my daughters will be getting one for Christmas.

had all the stuff promised.... looks great my only complaint so far is that the battery life is not great without the second battery would not be a good fit for my job (real estate appraiser) needing to take sometimes 100+ photos in a day.

Not hardy enough. Water seal failed after getting dropped.
