Q: how do i install the light and gain control panel to the box i cant find a place to plug it in can u please tell me where i am suppose to attach it?

Slightly below the place you plug the speaker wires into.. The right side.

Q: how thick is the plexiglass?

It is is around 1/4" inch thick.
