Much better than the original wand
Very well-designed vacuum head. Works well against walls. Glides over floors. picks up dog hair and is easy to keep clean. No negatives.

Replacement fit Capricorn canister perfectly
I own a 15+yr old Miele Capricorn that has had service a few times but nothing more than $200. Love it and this fits perfectly. In fact the other didn't need replacement but bristles were not as strong. Use hardwood floors, tile, area rugs UNDER furniture large home vacuumed few times a wk. I been expecting vacuum to break and was goin to purchase C2 Brilliance. I phoned my Miele vacuum shop and discovered there is zero difference in two canisters. Both top level hepa with close systems. Saved myself $1700 and reassurance top of line.

Better than original for hardwood floors.
Kinda expensive, but works terrific ! it has a larger orifice and more airflow than the original dual-purpose floor attachment. The newly purchased attachment is larger, flows more air, is lighter, and picks up debris better from hardwood floors. I wish I would have purchased this attachment sooner.

Excellent Hard Floor Sweeper
I’m sorry I waited so long to buy this floor sweeper. Picks up way more than the attachment that came with the vacuum. And the fact that it swivels is even better!

Absurd price for what it is!
I broke the rotating part on an employer's old Miele vacuum head when it got stuck under a door as sometimes happens. I'm a handy person, but I couldn't quite figure out how to fix this. The only thing I could see was broken was a ring inside. It seemed like such a weakness! I told my employer I'd replace it, and my eyes nearly did a cartoon pop out when I saw the price. She talked so highly about these vacuums, and I see online that there are many fans of the German engineering or something. But after years of using different types, I haven't been that impressed--certainly not by this part, either. I suppose the plastic is sturdy, but I haven't been blown away by the rotation or anything else. The new one was identical to the old one, and I'm sure the weakness is the same. If it had been my 10 or so year old vacuum, I would not have gotten OEM. There are off brand versions that look good. But, I hope this makes the boss lady happy, and I really hope the vacuum itself lasts her a long time after this!
