I usually wash my face once a day in the morning. With Liquid Neutrogena, I wash when I get home from work because I am no longer worried about dry skin.Thus, I use this face wash more frequently now. I have unusually oily skin and Liquid Neutrogena has been a remarkable addition to my schedule. It truly is a basic face wash that will leave your skin clean and remarkably unharmed. My dermatologist recently recommended Liquid Neutrogena and I am very pleased to add to my arsenal of skin care.I used to be very concerned about the state of my skin, but now my concerns and worries have been somewhat alleviated thanks to Liquid Neutrogena. The cleansing action is amazing and the feel of my skin is much improved. My skin feels softer and smoother and looks inimitably healthier. I am very pleased with Liquid Neutrogena.I highly recommend Liquid Neutrogena.

I love this facial cleansing liquid soap! I've used it exclusively for decades. I am allergic to everything in nature and all the chemicals that are in cosmetics and toiletries. It's been a struggle to find a face wash that really works and is safe for my sensitive skin. This is a fabulous soap! It does a great job of removing professional grade cosmetics, salt, sweat, soil, etc. and leaves the skin feeling natural and clean without drying. I've even used it to wash my hair and body in a pinch. I exclusively use Neutrogena products on my face. They are high quality, an affordable price and available everywhere. Best of all, no irritations or allergic reactions!

I have always had slightly oily skin, as I get older, less so, but still oily.I have loved Neutrogena (and not NEARLY as many products back in the late 60's, early 70's!) since I first tried it.WHY AND WHEN I use it now:NOT really moisturizing, but not drying either - FOR ME I only use it every other day. I use Dove's Baby Fragrance Free for Sensitive Skin the rest of the time. Neutrogena helps keep the oil at a minimum, but doesn't dry out my skin. IF you have dry skin, this may not be the right Neutrogena product for you.NO FRAGRANCE! I am VERY sensitive to fragrance. Didn't use to be til my forties and then lots of scents could give me a headache. I love this is fragrance free.Just as a bonus, I love the pump on this. I don't like soaps, I like liquids and this has a great bottle and pump.BOTTOMLINE: IF you have slightly oily skin, combo skin (and I use a moisturizer that agrees with my skin at night because as I have gotten older, I use retinol so top it with a moisturizer) and FRAGRANCE is a DEAL BREAKER, you may want to give this a try.

I’ve been using this face cleanser for a while now and it’s one of the few that actually works well with my sensitive skin. It removes makeup easily — even stubborn stuff like foundation and mascara — without leaving my skin feeling stripped or tight afterward. I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free. I try to avoid any added scents because they usually irritate my skin, and this one doesn’t cause any issues at all. It just does the job — simple, gentle, and effective — which is exactly what I need in a cleanser.

Hard to find in stores. Amazon has it !My dermatologist recommends for any body part. Smells so good.

The price has doubled all of a sudden!! I’ve been using Neutrogena liquid soap for forty years. I have very sensitive skin and I love how it cleans without drying my face, and it’s the only soap I use for cleansing my lady parts. For years, this was incredibly affordable. Within the past few years I could find it for maybe 8-9 bucks and would watch for a sale and scoop up several bottles for as low as $6.99. I’m no economist but I understand inflation - but now it’s $15-16 bucks a pop? How? Why??

Have used this facial cleaner everyday for more than 40 years. Regardless of my age it has cleaned my sensitive skin well without drying. Years ago only formula was a slightly scented (somewhat medicine like) bar then a fragrance-free was added which I switched to. Sometime along the way the liquid (fragrance-free) was introduced. Have been happy with it and appreciated the lack of scent due to allergies to fragranced products. Yesterday I opened a new bottle of to wash my face and was immediately put off by the smell...sort of mildewy. Not good. Thought perhaps it was old (?) given that I had ordered it from Amazon since both my local well-known big retailers were out of stock. The stores gratefully have received shipment recently so I purchased a second bottle today. It has the same moldy, mildewy smell! The box and bottle are labeled 'fragrance-free' as usual with no disclaimer of 'new and improved.' Just sent email complaint to Neutrogena but will likely just receive coupons for more. Stunned and confused about having to look for a new cleanser.
