My mother has been using this for last 3 monthsAnd it has dramatically helped to keep the sugar in control just after 2 week of use,Best part it's a 500ml pack so in month I buy 2And the 2nd pack remains intact till 1st 500ml consumed unlike when we used 1lt packTry this and measure your sugar every 15 days to see results.
