I do like these lights, they look good and give out great light, however I wish there was glass in between the bulb and wire mesh because I used them once for less than an hour and the mesh is scorched already. Makes me wonder how long they will last.

For a beginner videographer you can't beat this product for the price. It got me started. There is no place to put scrims or diffusors but that can be handled in other ways. The light is very hot so be careful. It is a basic light but it gives you the wattage and the color tempature you need for studio lighting.

30 minutes - that is how long they lasted before each lamp burned out, or tripped the breaker box. Stands are fragile, and are not going to last long.
