Elevate Smart Coffee Weight Loss Natural Energy x5 day trial

This was a sample for me to try before I committed to buying the real thing. At first, this is very bitter but it gets better I promise. I have been taking this for over a month now. I changed my diet to very low carb with intermittent fast and its working.

I drink black coffee so the taste of the elevate coffee by itself was not very tasty. I purchased some packets and used them in my regular coffee. I did not notice any difference after a week of the packets. Maybe it has to be used longer but for instant coffee, it is way too expensive.

This coffee does give some energy and appetite control. A little pricey though.

I am glad I purchased the sample. It tasted just like Sanka instant coffee if you have ever had that. I could not drink this.

These actually help curbing my appetite but......they taste soooooooooo bad, I can't even swallow it anymore.

So, I had no idea nor have I ever heard of this stuff before. I actually saw a friends post on Facebook that mentioned it but didn’t say what it was, of course me being me I looked it up to see what it was and it was coffee lol it’s supposed to “alter your mood and energy” I guess?? Well I ordered a sample pack of seven and actually the first cup I did notice an energy increase which is good for someone with fibromyalgia. One cup in the morning, I’m 4 days in and I will buy more I would recommend this for anyone to try, I don’t recommend ANYTHING that I don’t believe in and I read reviews on everything before I try it! So just give it a try and see what you think, if it doesn’t work for you do a review and let others know! We all need to be aware! I read reviews and think omg what A lie!! But this really isn’t -if you have problems with low energy here you go, let me know if it does something other for you. And yes I did see the bad reviews that’s usually what I go on when I buy something.
