Wow, this just solved a huge headache for me
This small and inexpensive device solved two problems.1) Backing up photos to local storage. This single primary storage is then linked to Amazon Photos. We have a lot of family members and getting the photos off all their phones was a pain. Windows and Apple phones don't always work well together, and lately, the transfer rate of photos off the phones was terrible. This device allows me to wirelessly transfer the photos to the storage... cords are cut, and you aren't tethered to the computer with a cord.2) Hot/Bridge. When we travel (hotel/camping) sharing a single internet connection can be helpful. This device does that too, and has better signal strength to share the connection better than a direct connect to a particular phone.

Device works great for transferring files to iPad
I bought this and it worked great for transferring files from my external hard drive. I returned it and bought the more expensive one because I needed an SD card slot and this device does not have that. However if you do not need one and just need it for usb external devices than this is perfect. It's small and packs light. Great for traveling.

Safe wifi environment while traveling
Worked well while staying in hotels in Japan, connecting to Ethernet cable available in all rooms which gave me secure wifi environment. I was however unable to use it with hotel’s wifi as bridge when there was no LAN cable in the room. I plan to contact trch support next werk.

Must have if you want to access hard drives over WiFi. Works great!
Does exactly what I need it to do! Purchased this for my home network so I could have a few hard drives accessible via WiFi. Works great. Detailed instructions for multiples ways to set up, I found them relatively easy to follow along. This device is small!

Inexpensive way to serve Sonos music library from a flash drive
I am using the RavPower Filehub Nano 2019 to serve up my music library for my Sonos system. I used the Filehub's web interface to run in wired mode (i.e. not wireless but hooked up directly to my router) and attached a 128GB flash drive. After copy the music to the Music share folder and pointing the Sonos controller to it, I can turn off my PC and the music continues to be served up to the Sonos. Very inexpensive solution and I was up running quickly.

It works!!
It works as advertised, you can connect to this little hub and have anyone connected to it read files located via usb storage attached to the hub. It is a great device and i would recommend it to everyone. Obviously the battery powered ones are more useful but it works great!.

Great DLNA server
I bought it thinking I had to use the wireless to do the dlna server in my home. But I plugged it into the xfinity router with a lan cable and the dlna server works with the xfinity wireless. I plugged a exfat drive into it and I can access the drive through the xfinity wireless network, also the dlna server. The wireless is very slow but once it was connected to the router via lan it worked like a charm. I have a dlna smart tv connected to the lan and the server works awesome. Also I can cast into my chromecast and xbox one songs and pictures from the dlna server. We can also see our home videos on the dlna server. This is awesome as a way to connect a hard drive and a dlna server to your existing wireless network. Once again the wireless on the device is slow but as an attachment to your existing router to connect a drive or as a dlna it works like a charm!
