Cerwin-Vega H4652 300W 6.5" 2-Way HED Series Coaxial Car Speakers

These things rock load n clear. Way better than RF 3 ways and way more bass. Cerwin you need to advertise more. I bought these on a whim because I had CV's back in the seventies and they where awesome. If these are their mid levels can't wait to get the better ones, I put Dynamat in all four doors and wow these are so clear. I have had Alpine, Blau, Kenwood,JBL ,Boston's ,Infinity AND RF to name a few . These are bass beasts. I can't figure out how someone can say these lack bass. After installing I had totally 're adjust all bass and fine tune. Was going to add subs but think I'll break these in first , probably won't need anymore low end. Turned these up about 80% and it was great balanced sound. My test for bass has always been Laguna Sunrise by Black Sabbath. Just to add I have had these in my Traiblazer for a few weeks and a buddy has same vehicle with RF 6 1/2 's and 2 15" and RF's and 500 watt amp . He couldn't believe all had was JVC me r 920 and these CV.Less than 200 bucks and freakin more than I need

Didn't like them as stock speakers have separate tweeter and don't need 2 way lower in door. Bass left a lot to be desired. Install was easy.

They sounded good at first.but as they broke in I started to notice the tweeters overpowered the woofer.they have no low response anymore.the mids and highs are loud but lack the warm full sound you normally get from vega.these speakers require a subwoofer period.why speakers today cant produce the full spectrum of sound anymore like they used to.when speakers where made in the usa they sounded fantastic but manufacturers have gotten cheap.my suggestion is buy jbl.kicker.or memphis audio.the m class memphis speakers are amazing!

Not much for bass, but went well with the CERWIN VEGA B4 Stealth Bomber 2 Ohms /80 Watts x 4 at 4 Ohms RMS 4-Channel Auto AmplifierWhy cheap stock door speakers usually have more bass then aftermarket door speakers will continue to confused me. In the end it was all worth it to get the mid & highs I needed to match the 12's.

Very easy set up. I replaced my rear deck speakers in 03 BMW 325i perfect fit. Great sound without an amp but probably better with one. For now I'm very happy.

Silky smooth highs with a thumping, but not overpowering bass. Replaced stock speakers. Highly recommended,
