I am upset. As a new user, I am not familiar with the purple/silver pen like tool. What is it for and how does one use it?????

There are zero instructions to this. The blades don't seem smooth or sharp. It was very inexpensive though.

This product was super easy to use. I do recommend watching a few tutorial videos first just as a reference. The kit doesn’t come with instructions. It does not come with a numbing gel, so make sure you get some before your kit arrives. You will really need it.I did mine eyebrows myself. Minimal pain, maximum finish! I normally have sensitive skin. This did not make me break out after. The pigment took very well. The practice skins helped me very much before testing on my own face. Very satisfied with the value.10/10 would recommend.
