The weight lifting gloves have helped eliminate my wrist pain. That is just what I wanted.

I tried various brands for this type of glove and most were either too small or too big. With tempered expectations, I gave this brand a try for an XL glove and to my surprise, it wasn't way too big! (It's not perfect but unless you're paying for a custom glove, it never is). I'm not sure if there is a standard measure for hands but I'm 6'2 but can't palm a regulation basketball. So if you're shorter and/or know you can't palm a basketball, you may look into a L for this company's glove.Can recommend though. I use it for normal workouts (weight lifting, pull ups, swinging from bars, etc).

These gloves work great! They are comfortable and good quality. The only downside is the way they wrap around your wrist. If you wear a Apple Watch or other device you will have to tray and manouver around it. Other than that they are perfect!

Provides really stable wrist support. I've got very wide palms and these gloves have no problem covering everything when you have the right size glove. The open back is great and prevents sweaty hands. And the printed texture on the palms is the perfect amount to prevent any slipping. Very comfortable to wear.
