Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 5 x 3 Inch

I wanted to try my hand at baking a birthday cake for my wife... figured these were cheaper than buying a cake at the store! Pans are heavy duty aluminum and the 9 inch size was perfect for my needs. I don't think you can break them unless you drive over them with a truck! I buttered the sides and used parchment paper on the bottom and my cakes released easily. Cake cooked evenly and turned out pretty good for my first time!

I like that these pans have straight sides, aren’t too heavy, and so far have been easy to clean.They gave an even bake, and don’t warp when full. With correct prep, the cake released easily. Parchment liners fit perfectly due to the straight sides.They came clean effortlessly. No rust or oxidation so far, but they get washed with dish soap and a sponge without a scrubber, in very hot water for long enough to heat the metal. The heat helps any water not shaken off to evaporate more quickly.So far these are my favorite cake pans.

It is a sturdy cake pan. By baking the cakes at 325 degrees, my cakes are tender, soft and baked evenly.

I have used them several times now. They bake evenly, cake releases easily. Clean up is a breeze. Very sturdy, excellent quality. Very pleased with my purchase!

Really nice pans. I used them to make 2 Japanese souffle cheesecakes and they turned out perfect. No issues with sticking after using baking spray.

Good sturdy pans that did a nice job baking. Had a problem with the first order where one of the two pans had a dent in the side. I had it replaced and was good to go.

I bought these recently for making a mini cake and they worked perfectly. I also have used for GF cakes, and no issues at all. The pan browned the bottom of the cakes evenly. They are the perfect size for two people who don't want a lot of leftovers. We plan on using them for mini pan pizzas in the future and some mini bread loaves.
