Great for the price
Easily shows heat discolor. Doesn't bother me, shows that my Enfield is actually ridden - a lot!Good authoritive sound - but not too loud for an early morning startup in the street.Bought to fit 1 5/8 inch header pipe. The pipe was just over size - silencer just under size. Had to stretch the mouth of the silencer a little more than 4 thousandths of an inch with an exhaust stretch tool from O'Reilly's. Gotta expect this with universal fit motorcycle accessories.Great for the price.

Nice Looking but Loud
I love the look and it seems to be very well made. I was disappointed with how loud these are and that there are no screws on the cone so that it can be take apart to add or repack the baffles so quiet them down. If you want more rumble, get these. If you prefer a quieter bike, try something else.

These DO NOT fit 1 5/8" pipes.
These are inexpensive mufflers and seem well built, but contrary to the manufacturers specs, they DO NOT fit over 1 5/8" (and definitely not 1 3/4") header pipes without modification. The OD of the inlet is about 1 5/8" not the ID. Google "emgo dunstall don't fit" for others who've had this problem. Also be careful: the picture currently shown on this item is the emgo Dunstall wide-mouth not the reverse cone. Be sure to double check your part numbers.

Emgo Replica Mufflers
When I received these mufflers one had been packaged with slight damage so I contacted the seller. I was in need of mufflers, my old ones were pretty bad. So I installed these much needed replacement mufflers on my 1983 BMW R100RT. Wow, what a sweet sound, just loud enough. Nice low growl. They installed without hassle. I'll be breaking them in traveling to a rally in Oregon.

Great value
very good product for it's price. To go better would be at least twice as much.

These would likely fit fine on something like a CB350 or similar
CAUTION! These do not fit 1 5/8" headers. The EXTERNAL diameter of these where they attach to the muffler is 1 5/8". These would likely fit fine on something like a CB350 or similar, but they cannot be made to fit a larger diameter header. The quality of the finish is excellent, they simply need to correct the specs. Not happy - this delayed my restoration project on a 1974 TX750 by a few weeks.
