Is not as accurate as the pieces that come with the Breathalyzer
I bought this 20 pack along with my iSober 70 breathalyzer. These ones don't have a little airflow blocker at the end. The ones originally packaged seem to take a longer and seemingly more accurate sample. A friend and I tried both shortly between each other and the result was .03-.04 difference with the originals being higher. The variance is not ideal if you plan to use the device to drive safely.
