I bought one of these, and went through all the issues of swapping it. My dryer was a pain to work on, but that's not these guys fault. I installed it and got everything back together. it worked great for a couple days, and then crapped out. I returned the unit to Amazon as I did believe it to be defective, and it's too much work swapping these out over and over, so I scrapped my dryer and bought a new one.

I installed two of your heaters in the past 2 months.The over heat thermal cut off's have blown on both of your heaters.The second one, the customer called back again, 3rd time. I now I must replace both thermostat and cut off.And there is nothing wrong with the venting. You need to replace your sensors with the appropriate ratings or use a higher quality part.

This heating element did not correct the problem I was having with my dryer. Had to purchase another brand that did work.

It’s been about a month since the new part was replaced and it has already stopped working. Come to find out, the thermal fuse with this part is only 10 Amps and should be 25 Amps (not compatible, as noted).

Product shipped quickly, was packaged well and fit exactly. Seemed to be well-constructed. Only had to attach two wires and it was installed!

Great product the only thing is in the install you have to cut some small plastics on the handle in order to be flush. Great product for your money

I ordered the part, installed it, and it went out a week later again. The company replaced it immediately. I installed again and it has been working right. Great customer service.
