Conflicted. Edit: NEVERMIND Edit PT.2: buying again
The media could not be loaded. I have been eye-balling these cuties for the longest! Finally caved and bought them when my x box ones started messing up. Wanted to test these out for a bit and while I do love them the mic seems to have a small issue??? Not sure it it's my fault or if they were just messed up from the beginning. I never really move my mic so I didn't notice this until one of my buddies pointed out the static. Wish I would have known before I threw out the box.Edit: I was contacted by someone from the company and they were so kind and helpful! They helped me troubleshoot the product and since we couldn't find a solution they sent me a replacement. I've had the replacement for a few days now and everything is working great!! My main conflict was the fact that the headset sounded sooooo good but the mic was problematic, now that the mic issue is resolved, I am completely in love. They are SO cute, so comfortable, the audio quality is excellent, and the mic is loud and clear! So happy with my purchase!Edit PT 2: Over a year later with HEAVY use, my babies finally called it quits... Kinda. They still sound AMAZING and are in GREAT shape, my mic just cuts out every now and then and I sound distant apparently. It may be my controller tbh but going to hold off on buying a new one for now. As for this head set, they are so incredibly comfortable and have such great quality and have lasted me wayyy longer than any other headset I've owned previously. I'm not going to lie, I've fallen asleep with these on more than a few times and they still are working so well it's insane. The more I think about it, the more I think my controller is the problem since I use these on my phone and don't get any complaints about the mic quality. Either way I'm ordering a new pair soon just to have them once my back up pair gives out. I miss the comfort of gaming with these and the sound quality too much! It's me again: years later- I've converted my life long gamer friend into a red dragon headset lover. He bought the red and black ones and says the quality is amazing and they're the most comfortable fit he's ever had since they're so lightweight. I've since bought a second pair to have for my desk top and the others stay with my x box. Downloaded the software for my desk top and it is so easy and simple to use and everything sounds great with the USB wire (which is so much longer than the audio jack cable! Extra range is a big plus!)

Better than Corsair.
A lot of headphones have that plastic swivel junk for the ear cups and every time I've bought those, the plastic swivels were the first to go. This one? Solid metal, no swivels, and it's still a comfortable fit. It'll take a little bit for it to get comfortable with your headshape at first but soon you won't want another set of headphones. It's lighter than I would've thought and I appreciate that the mic is detachable because I use a dedicated mic and virtual mixer for my streaming. The sound quality is even equal to that of my old Corsair 7.1 surround sound headset and the Redragon costs way less than Corsair. So, you're getting superior build quality, superior sound quality, and a better price than the "elite" brands that want you shelling out $100+ dollars for plastic junk. What're you waiting for? BUY THESE NOW.

Was a fan before I even knew they also made headsets
I honestly was aiming for another headset that I knew was the same price, but needed it shipped immediately and didnt want to cough up $33 on top for shipping. So decided to see if a company I love to get my gaming mice from, made headsets, and here we are.Every since I got a mouse by redragon about 13 yrs back for free with a build your own gaming laptop off some site, I fell in love with them. So decided to check if they had headsets and they did. First day I got it I hooked it up to the charger so I knew it would be fully charged and ready to go by the next day. I got up early and used it all day. Want to say about mid day on day 2 of use it began making a noise/beep so guessing it was time to recharge. A bit disappointed in the battery life but thats not a deal breaker. If you remember to charge it up each night it probably will do just fine with no interference in mid gameplay. It does worries me on the lifespan for later but we are not there yet and this headset may last as long as most of the mice I have had which have been two because they were so well made. They lasted longer then far more expensive ones my partner has tried to convert me to.Quality wise the headset feels extremely well made. I was a bit worried it would be too tight cause it looks small but once it is on and adjusted it feels comfortable. Was able to play all day without irritation or feeling fatigued around my ears or head. Its firm enough not to fall off if i need to look down for anything around me but its not uncomfortably tight. There is a button to press to change the sound quality. Its between two settings. Not a big fan of the surround 7.1 feature. Would be great if when I turned in certain games you could hear the difference. I was playing a game where sound is suppose to change around you through each side of the headset because you have to stealth and listen to moving AI enemies near you but with the Surround sound setting turned on im just hearing it double which really messes up that game. I dont feel like it feels like true surround sound, its just getting the audio exactly the same twice. I tired it in another game, which I dont believe has the same style feature where if a npc is on your right you hear it on your right or left, but it sounded exactly the same. Just same level of audio coming in exactly at the same level twice on each ear so im hearing double. If a rock falls on my right side i shouldnt hear the same exact sound on both sides of me. Again thankfully its a switch on and off feature. I feel I would use the 7.1 surround sound feature for music more than for gaming. The basic setting without does fine and works best for me.Noise cancellation is really good. Super happy with it. My house can be quiet at times and then the next it gets loud and I cant hear the difference with these on when something is going on in the background, which is great for those who want that.If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would. Thats really what the rating would be for me, but since that isnt an option I have it at 4 stars. Will change it to five once I have given it enough time and if it still holds up to the great quality it seems to be made out of.One thing I didnt check for in the details of the product was if the product had turnable ear pieces, so they can be turned out if need be. In moments you actually need to hear something going on around you or in your house without losing sound to your game or music. This was my fault for not reading closer into the details, so that was my own fault. At times I do need to have one ear uncovered to listen out for certain things at times or listen to someone talking to me in my home. But since these ones cant turn out, i have to slide it awkwardly off to the side of my ear which sort of messes up the other side and does cause the headset to have to be in an uncomfortable position. I did try to look into different headsets they had but most were wired which was what I was trying to get away from. I have used both wired and bluetooth and though wired had best sound quality over bluetooth, I need to step away a lot from my desk and that can lead to a big mess and damage to a headset when one forgets to take it off. So id rather just go with wireless.

This is the first product I've ever felt i needed to review. TWO STARS AT BEST
I put this in the 5 stars to negate one five star bot in here. These are not good. Im reviewing on the second pair I got. The first pair just stopped connecting to the USB. So as headphones, the audio isn't anything to rave about, but it does get the job done (they keep the category of headphones yay). I keep turning the RGB to the one I want but they reset on startup so ive learned to live with it but oh! you can't use them when they are charging (happened with both). Im actually pretty sire thats why the first ones died. THE AUDIO OUTPUT IS GOOD (for people skimming) but the mic is absolutely obnoxious. Does not stay bent and is super stiff. They're kinda comfortable at best. Really disappointed because I use their products and like them as a company. Actually just got a dope mouse, but this was a bummer for sure.
