Fantastic product couldn't live without it I'm a bit of a health fanatic so I don't eat anything processed or fried I like making my smoothies and add in different mixtures and this is a lovely added bonus

Seeds fine, poorly packaged
Seeds were okay but they arrived escaping from the bag. So tiny. Pest to clean up and had to transfer to container
