Catching Fire: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion (2) (The Hunger Games)

I got this for my wife as a Christmas gift & she loved it! It is well composed & contains tons of great behind the scenes info that fans will definitely appreciate.The cover is very nice & the illustrations are great as well. The book itself is also put together very well.Although the spine had minor damage upon arrival it did show up on time. The damage on the spine may very well have been the fault of the mail carrier so I cannot hold the seller accountable.Over all a great buy & awesome addition to your Hunger Games collection!

Bought this for my gf for xmas as she is a huge fan of the series. I've bought her movie companions in the past and she always likes them. If you or someone you are shopping for is a fan of the series definitely get this for them. Pages are large and full color, item arrives in brand new condition.

It doesn't look like brand new, the spine is slightly ripped, the cover has some bents.

Book exactly as described, no marks, tears or rips. No damage in transit. This item is exactly what I wanted and I would recommend it to anyone studying or interested in film or acting. It describes the work that goes into filming, organise sets, scenes and how the actors integrated their skills.

As a huge fan of the Hunger Games trilogy, I was not disappointed by the Catching Fire movie companion! It contains lots of detailed photos from the sets while the movie was being filmed, and lots of photos of scenes from the actual film. A must have for any Hunger Games fan!

I thought this was the actual Hunger Games trilogy. It doesn't seem like there's any way to return them. WASTE!! I'm sure they're fine if you're wanting to read ABOUT the Hunger Games books, but the way they present these books really makes it seem like they are the Hunger Games trilogy itself.

After watching the Hunger Games movie I had to read the books with prompted me to love all things Hunger Games. The Movie Companion was a must. The behind the scene stories and stunning photography make this book a must have.

Unlike most official movie companions, this one is really comprehensive. The book is 160 pages long and contains over a hundred photographs plus descriptions of the sets. There are also quotes from the cast and crew. There are sections on the cast, the settings and the costume design. There are on set photos of the cast as well as candid's. All are high quality and beautifully presented. Whether you want photos of Katniss and Peeta, Plutarch and Haymitch, Katniss in action or made up in her wedding dress, this book is for you. It would make the perfect present for any Hunger Games fan and is a welcome addition to my growing collection.

Teen daughter liked. Was more thick glossy magazine than a book. Good pictures. I didn’t think had enough relevant writing in it.

Enjoyed reading about how the film was made & look behind the scenes. Hard to read on kindle app due to layout but fine on a Kindle fire device. Definitely a must for any fan of this series

Came in excellent time in excellent condition as a present for someone who loves the Hunger Games and they loved looking at it so that's all that matters.
