Does this come in the original Schleich box?

I bought this little guy about 3 years ago, and am having a hard time remembering the packaging. I do know it had lots of protective cardboard pieces, like around the feet, head and tail, and some "official" printing. But a Schleich box? I'm sorry, I just don't remember. Perhaps someone else can help with better details.
