Bought this to repair a concrete shed roof with a minor leak. Seems to have done the job, although time will tell. However, I was not impressed to discover buried within a PDF on the manufacturer's website that an expensive primer needs to be applied first for masonry applications. This is not mentioned on the can or product description and makes this far more expensive than most other solutions.Also, some advice if you do decide to try this - it says a roller can be used but this is only a practical option if you have a perfectly smooth surface. This is extremely thick, almost like tar, and it will not run into any cracks or defects by itself, so the only option likely to work is very tedious and careful application with a paintbrush

I covered my full garage roof with one tin.Unfortunately, after 2 years it has shrank and cracked. In some places where is has shrank, it has pulled the roof felt apart, causing damage.

Probably the best stuff I've ever bought. Once on it works and seals brilliantly. I used a roller and brush. Several actually as it is heavy stuff. It covered a double garage roof with a good coating with a few liters to spare.
