Read previous review that said not to be put off by their set when it arrives pre assembly. So wasn't shocked therefore whenit was unpacked. Looked flimsy and non too appealing. Assembly instructions were not great as they were so light in their printing it was hard to make out diagrams. However I persisted with the build and to be fair they have made a fairly decent patio set. Seats are comfortable enough to sit on even without the cushions. Feel sturdy under my 15 stone weight so fingers crossed should make a useful addition to the garden seating.

You have to build up the table and chairs and fix together with large plastic "nuts & bolts", which is fine as long as they all fit! I spent over 2 hours trying to get one of the essential bolts to mate with its nut, which it would not do because the relevant hole in one of the chair legs was not quite in the right place. In the end I had to take the chair apart and drill out the offending hole to get the bolt in the right position.Once bolted together the chairs are reasonably sturdy and comfortable.

What seemed at first to be a great buy after putting together one chair and the table I found the second chair very difficult to screw up so each time a person sits on the chair the back slips a little bit out of position. This is probably due to some of the plastic nuts being a loose fit thus the screw only goes in so far then just turns around instead of tightening. Such a shame as the chairs look good and are really comfy.

There is no rattan. It’s purely plastic. My first experience was it it is not very firm and if kids jump over it or if you want to sit on it for a long time the sitting pad might torn away or break.

After struggling to find table and chair set for my mum in stores, we came across this and took a chance. It arrived promptly, and when we had an issue with a part this was rectified promptly with no fuss. The instructions were a little unclear but I managed to put the table and chairs together on my own (51/female). The furniture is sturdy and lovely to look at and mum is delighted. Thank you to the seller for their good service.

Well worth the money but takes a while to assemble.
