I also bought the version with the solid hook & found them too limiting in use, but this version allows you to still feel the bar, so your not completely reliant on the hooks, & they can also be used for more exercises with confidence, as they don't slip as much. Strong strap material & well made.

Trying these out to ease carpel tunnel injury when rowing on erg. The hooks are a little on the small side for the erg handle but they work in taking the weight off my wrists. First day without wrist pain today - result! Neoprene liner also stops any friction with skin.

Feels well made and secure. Does dig into wrists a little with heavy weights but with the nature of the product design that disadvantage can never be discounted, So suck it up and get on with it. Pain is just weakness leaving the body

I liked these I have a arm and hand injury so can’t grip enough to work out back exercises like pull downs , seated rows etcThese are ace and take the grip weight so my larger working muscles can fatigue

Good strong, comfortable product

Just got this product and its able to fit all my bars perfectly. I was thrilled to see how it was able to hold all my weight without any support while on the pull up bar.

Ok... not sure the grips are that comfortable to use. Would recommend wraps instead
