I use these for guests to use when serving themselves charcuterie (picking up cheese cubes, meat slices, scooping spreads/dips/jams onto crackers, etc.). They are a plain design that doesn't clash with my nicer Arthur Court serving pieces. Occasionally my 5 year-old granddaughter likes to use them when she eats dinner with me - when she "wants to be a baby again" (her words). :)

I should have looked closer to these in the picture because they have less appeal in person than in the pic. I will keep them because the price was great, but I would like to get something a little fancier and heavier.UPDATE: We used the forks last night and they were just the right thing for our appetizer night.

Stems are sturdy and as described in description. Each one is individually wrapped.

I was completely predisposed to love there. I need small/appetizer sized silver wear for a cocktail party Auction basket I am building. However, there are enough issues here that I’m sending them back.The listing clearly states that the fork & spoon are the same size. Not true for the set I received.The forks are significantly larger than the spoons (1st photo).Fork: 5.5 inSpoon: 4.75 in.When the forks & spoons are laid side by side, there is a visible size/scale difference. It looks sloppy/mismatched.The spoon bowl is tiny - about the same size as a 1970s-1980s Gerber baby feeding spoon (2nd photo).They arrived with surface scratches, having come out of the “protective” plastic while shipping.The edges are not smooth and while not quite sharp, they are not pleasant to hold.From a basic functionality perspective, they work, are sturdy & seem ok. But I would be mortified to give theses as a gift.

I bought these for multiple use in the kitchen and with little children. They’ve worked out well.
