Easy to set up, adjustable height/tilt, the right size for my multitrack.
Perfect adjustable stand for my multitrack recorder. I can keep it within reach when playing/recording without it getting in the way. Set up in no time. Just remember to tighten the tilt adjuster on the top -- it can be flat or angled.

Design needs a little work
I use this item for my job. It is a nice size and very light weight. Easy to take when traveling. The price I feel like could be a little less since you can only tilt it one way. I flipped the board for my needs, but not all the holes will line up with the screw pieces if you do that (Not intended so it’s fine but would be a nice feature to have). In that regard it’s not too versatile and alters the stability but it is what it is. I feel the design would benefit over easy alter vertical or horizontal. Build quality…. To be honest I feel like it could have used a little more of a solid plastic it feels thin like it has the possibility of cracking easily.

Best of the Best!
The Pyle Universal Device Stand is manufactured to be very sturdy, stable and light weight as well. Don't waste your time with the others, THIS is the one to buy you'll be happy you did.

Too flimsy/unstable for DJ stand
This stand may work great for some who want something light-duty that can handle more than a TV stand, but admittedly, it won't handle much more than that. I wanted something small and collapsible that was also sturdy enough for pop-up DJ sessions in my living room or elsewhere, without busting out my overly large folding table. My DJ controller (Traktor Kontrol S4) _did_ fit on it, yes, but the plastic platform is so thin (and only secured in the very center by 4 screws ~4-5" apart) that it wobbled with any shift in weight... even just hitting the cue button. It would need a thicker platform piece or stabilizing at the edges for me to feel comfortable leaving my controller on this thing for any amount of time.Another point that adds to the instability of this stand - the telescoping piece in the middle. The tensioning piece is plastic, and can only tighten down so much without risking stripping the screw or the plastic threads. All other designs I've seen like this have a durable, grippy rubber making contact with the inside pole.At one point, it even began dropping down on its own, completely tightened down, with nothing sitting in it. That stopped after I tightened the other hex screw below the one with the knob, but not enough to earn it any stability. It was admittedly more stable when I dropped the center pole down in between the tripod legs, lowering the center of gravity some, but that still didn't fix the all of the stability concerns mentioned earlier. I even considered using a piece of plywood in place of the plastic, but it would need to be at least 5/8-3/4" thick to compensate for the lack of anchoring at the edges, since it's effectively competing with being cantilevered from the center, along with with the telescoping piece issues. Try as I may, no amount of my tinkering would avoid the risk of expensive equipment crashing to the ground in the middle of the night.TLDR; I really wanted this thing to work for my needs, but anything more than light duty use will inevitably lead to disappointment. It's too unstable for expensive equipment better suited for a real table. Hope this helps someone in a similar predicament.
