Fast & Easy
It was fast and easy. The only bad thing is that I purchase a group of 6 two-radios and 2 broke and I just wanted to replace them, but I had to return all of them and repurchase the order.

Item was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong model. Will order the correct model as soon as my refund is posted on my Amazon account.

Just Amazing!
I purchase a lot of stuff, but rarely write reviews. In this case, I really wanted to let others know how good Asurion and their customer service was. Receiving the guarantee was quite easy. Just return the product and they give you the full amount you bought the item for, less the insurance cost. As for their customer service, it was really incredible how fast and efficient it was. I had a problem and communicated via Amazon. It was almost instant on how fast their response came back! Not only that, they fully rectified and satisfied my issue. Julia, the representative who signed their communications, was just absolutely incredible. Thank you Asurion & especially Julia!!

Getting insurance is quick, but getting help with a complaint is not easy or impossible
Taking out insurance is quick, but getting help with a complaint is not easy or impossiblebut if you make a complaint about a product bought from Amazon, mmm, that's when it gets difficult.I bought a Viofo dashcam with accessories, after about a year the battery died, you don't notice it, the dashcam turns on when you start the engine and you hear it, but when the engine is stopped the power from the cigarette lighter is switched off and because the battery is broken the last file is not saved and then the most important file is broken. I reported this to Asurion and got a processing number, got a return slip, packed the camera with a form and made it ready for collection, the camera was collected, and when I asked where my camera was, what was wrong with my camera, I was simply told that the complaint was rejected. I searched online, this battery error often happens with Viofo dashcams.Now I only have the accessories at home, because I shouldn't send them with it.I wrote to Asurion again and haven't received a response yet.I'm still waiting.

Knowledgeable Tech.
I had to purchase another NVR (first one got fried because it didn’t come with a power surge protector) and I had MAJOR problems setting it up. Cameras weren’t working, passwords didn’t work, HIKVISION APP wasn’t functioning. Long story short, after 5 hours (two different days) Kameer, the knowledgeable tech, tried everything and he was finally able to get everything up and running again. He's a rockstar!!! People, his knowledge of this security system is amazing.My beef was with the company. The NVR lasted 3 years before it got fried. How could they not send a power surge protector is beyond belief; power outages are out of our control. Laptops come with power surge protectors for this reason. Anyhow, I didn’t notice it until I had purchased the new one. Then I realized that the motherboard was toast because of their F. Up.Anyhow, after spending $1700. on all the video equipment I finally have it working again.

Does pay!
It was so easy to submit a claim. I think it took 2 days after I submitted my claim to have asurion send me an electronic gift! Really does help !

at this time the item seems to be in good working condition. It was finally received on Monday, March 10th.

Excellent customer service
My welcome email and contract got lost in my spam folder somewhere- I contacted Julia at Asurion and received an immediate response - the problem was completely resolved within 24 hoursI now have a copy of my service contract but hope not to have to file a claim but I rest assured that it will be resolved in this same efficient and professional manner.Thanks Julia!
