good fit
Fits my cairns 660 metro helmet, only fits by mounting the conventional way (under the brim). I also use a Surefire G2 flashlight. Note: Be sure to check that your mounted flashlight doesn't interfere with your mask.

Perfect fit.
The Blackjack BJ003 6061 Aluminum Firefighter Helmet Flashlight Holder fits my Bullard well with no problems. It also fits a friends Cairns with no problem. I am using a Nebo redline flashlight (in silver) and my friend is using the black nebo redline. No worries. Installed in about 3 minutes. Fits under helmet on the side and lite beam goes just to the outside of your shield. I had an above the rim (of the helmet) light before but prefer the light under the lip which seems to be less of a snagging hazard.

These are very nice
Only issue I see is that you may have issues with the length of light and how well it fits on your helmet. I cannot point mine to the mid line. But they are light and work well with many lights.

Great holder
Currently using on a Cairnes Commando for extrication and rescue and also use on my bullard FX for structural fires. Works well. Very secure. No moving parts=no failure.

Light holder is extremely tough. I do not have to worry where my light is and it always points where I am looking.

Fits my fire helmet great and easy to install. A large variety of flashlight sizes fit. I highly recommend this item.
