Ladybird First Favourite Tales 16 Picture Books Collection Set - Paperback

As usual, Ladybird picture books are beautiful. They're an easy read with wonderful pictures. The children loved them.

I bought these for my granddaughter’s recent 3rd birthday, and they are perfect; lots of colour, and enough text to keep little ones engaged.

These books are lively and brightly illustratedI am using them with early readers who are both entertained and engaged and enjoy the familiarity of the word patterns

These books are classic, must haves for children. Tales that we were told when we were younger and can tell the new generations.The pictures are very nicely illustrated and the story telling is nice. The only book that wasn't what I expected was the three little pigs, which had a very different ending - I skip this and make my own ending based on what I was told. Overall, this set is great and the children love them (4/5 year olds).

Bought this set of books for my 2 year old granddaughter to introduce her to traditional stories. These are the best I’ve found and the nearest to the stories as I remember them. Nice sized books with clear, colourful illustrations. I have had to read them over again which is a sure sign of how much she enjoys them.
