Perfect replacement for my Dell Precision T3500 PS
Power supply dies in the the old Dell Precision T3500. This was a perfect drop-in replacement and worked like a champ. It does not come with the wiring harness, but is perfectly compatible with the existing wiring harness in this model of Dell (which is nice, since the old wiring harness is a devil to remove/replace). I just loosened 4 screws, pushed a tab and unplugged/plugged the wiring harness. There are youtube videos that show every step of the replacement.

Perfect replacement for Dell Precision T3500
Correct unit, easy to install. No need to pull all the wires around the case. Hub wire block fits perfectly!

PSU ok, package ok, but screws on the power cord receptacle are loose and missing a nut.
Dell T3500 PSU came packed well, but there was a small flathead screw flopping around inside the bubble pack. I knew immediately it was going to be an issue. Started the return process....very irritating.....since Amazon wants me to contact Dell. But Dell didn't send it, USA Buy did. So I dumped that option. I should have known. So.....I'll take care of it myself. I'm not interested in going thru all the hassle of dealing with 3-different entities, and waiting another 10-days to *maybe* get another one. I've worked on tons of desktop, and just as many PSUs, so replacing a screw shouldn't be that much of a stretch for me. However.....this is slipshod and irritating, to say the least. Ya just can't count on anyone these days....

Dell PS supply
Great little power supply. I purchased this for a friend who has an older dell server. Was a direct swap. FYI for people without experience dealing with these...the wiring harness for the power supply is separate from the power supply itself. So the power supply plugs into the harness in a modular fashion...but its the entire wiring harness. Make is easy to sway the power supply by itself as long as you don't have wiring harness issues. Fan is quite which was surprising. Plug and play swap... I don't know who the OEM mfg is...obviously not Dell.

Powerful supply
Trying to keep my old tower running the power supply and chassi fans were maknig a lot of noise.This company had Real Dell power supplies that are NEW. not repaired.Worked for me.
