This is a great product . Started using few days ago and i found result. it Helps in increasing weigh loss . Need to be taken as per instruction for better result . No side effects felt. I have only recently started using this tablets, and can see the difference already. Weight wise its too early to say but i feel energetic and pumped. I dont feel too hungry as this is supposed to be eaten before meals. So far so good

If you don't like to drink green tea or green coffee like me, then capsule form is the next best option. I don't like bitter taste of green tea and green coffee, so it's easy for me to have capsules. This was suggested to me by my nutritionist friend. It has Garcinia too. So, like any health suppplement consult your nutritionist or doctor before taking it and also enquire about the duration.
