Awesome!
Great fit. Easy to install. Was concerned of how it shipped rolled up, but it unrolled easy with no creases. Would buy again if and when I need to.

Solid Garage door seal
Appears to be a great product. A little lighter weight than expected but willing to try it through its first cold winter.re flexible may actually seal tighter.

Good seal, hard to install
This worked for us but was difficult to install. It kept catching and ripping at the 't' so we had to cut and install from the opposite side. Left a little gap in the middle but we took some of the extra and put to help fill the gap. Overall I was pleased but found it very difficult to install. BUT we did not give up, we got in installed!!!

somehow water is getting inside this - not cool
It was easy to install, but we find that water keeps getting inside it. We never had this issue with our old ones, but it is pretty bad. There is so much water that it keeps seeping out the end and we feel we have to replace it yet again because otherwise we are going to have wood rot on our supporting structure. There is always a puddle of water for days after a rain that gathers at one end of this inside our garage and just sits there by the studs =so not good.We ordered two and only one is having this issue so I guess it is just a crap shoot whether one gets good ones or not??? who knows...

larger than original so it covers irregularities on the floor.
I can see why some one might have issues with this seal coming out of it's track. That said, I believe the issue is with the installer. If the size of the tee and the track are compatible, there should be no problem when installed correctly. However, Even with two people , this was not easy to guide in and secure properly. Lubrication such as soapy water is essential to ease the process. Soap will dry and probably help hold the seal in the track. If the "Tee" is not properly inserted in the track the seal will come out, as several other reviewers pictures show. This is the fault of the installer , not the product. Having had this situation while I was installing it, , I suggest this is caused by the inner portion of the tee ( the part you can't see.) not being seated. If only the outer portion is in place, it looks like it is in place, but it may not be. Running your fingers along the edges can quickly discern that the tee is only partially inserted. A smallish rounded tool (not sharp) can help with this issue. You have to squeeze the inner portion up into the track and then press the out part in. Compressing the seal with your fingers will pop an improper install out immediately. I had a small area that require additional work to finagle in place. Since then, I have had mine installed for more than a month and have had unusually higher traffic than normally using my garage door. I have had no further issues since getting it in place. This seal is much larger that the original seal that came with this track. I left mine just a little long on each end since others reported shrinkage. It may stretch when installing since it required pulling and pushing to slide it into the track. I have not had an issue with shrinkage and the small extra seems to just compress against the molding.

TOO FLIMSY
Difficult to install due to the material...very flimsy, would tear if pulled on too hard to get it into the grooves. Would not recommend.
