Great rice
A little bit will turn any rice bright red and you will be going to the bathroom red for days. It tastes good. Very earthy. And it is supposed to lower cholesterol by a lot.

The yeast is active for fermentation. Adding to sweet rice yeast to make Chinese sweet rice wine (Tian Jiu Niang). It turns out great.
