The first thing to note about this top, it that the neck is designed to be scrunched, not folded over so the sequins will show. And the number of sequins scattered around the collar and upper part of the top are just right to add interest without being overwhelming. I am not big on sparkly clothing, but this hits just the right note.

Bought this sequiened top for my mother. This cashmere is really soft and comfortable. Great fitting! Love it
