Did not come bottle top sealed. I thought the ones that I bought directly from manufacturer did, but I can’t remember. This is holy grail on my house and when mixed with a condish with a fatty acid base (cetyl and/or cetearyl alcohol) like Aussie, results are instant and phenomenal! No hard texture due to the coconut oil in the Pre-poo condish. The fatty acid base adds conditioning. Idk how I would do all of the long, naturally curly/coily hair in my home without it! Has been HG status for 7 years and I truly hope they don’t discontinue it!

I purchased this product after watching a youtube tutorial and a beautiful young lady used the entire line of products for her perfect blowout. The product arrived on time and the packaging was sealed tight and secure, which I really appreciate. The cream is thick and works great when used as directed. This is intended to prep and detangle your hair prior to shampooing. The only downside for me is that it smells like bananas. I'm not a big banana gal so that doesn't quite tickle my fancy. However I will use every single drop of this product and purchase more when I run out.

This product have so much slip you can detangle it with no problems it is a good product for 4a-4c hair

The only thing I can complain about is that the process to put it in 15-30 mins before a Wash sucks. But it helps with bad dandruff & oily hair for sure. I see the difference in 2-3 washes so far I am a Happy Camper!!!4 Stars b/c I wish it smelled amazing like other Products.

One of my fav products for natural curly hair.

I used a sample packet of this product and liked what it did to my hair and wanted to use it on an ongoing basis so I bought this 250ml package. Price-wise, I find it quite dear (I'm not sure if it's competitively priced) and it also has a very gooey/slimy consistency which I don't favour. In terms of smell, if "bland" had a scent, this would be it, but I don't mind it. On the positive side, when I leave this pre-shampoo conditioner on my relaxed hair for at least 15 minutes before shampooing, my hair feels softer than when I don't use it. This is what encouraged me to purchase this product again, and because of the results it has on my hair, I will continue to do so (from wherever) despite the consistency.

Used a few times, still too early to tell if it has an effect.

I have used it before it is a good product to treat afro virgin hair.
