Not as Solid as I thought
The knives are still great, but I thought that the knife would be solid and heavy in the handle. It's really light, and I think probably hollow inside. If you like a heavy knife, this is not for you.

I coltelli sono belli esteticamente, il manico è più leggero rispetto alla lama, sembra cavo tanto che è leggero.Unico difetto secondo me è che al taglio di un pezzo di formaggio o di salame ad esempio, il taglio non viene preciso, la lama tende a sguisciare via dalla direzione scelta, credo sia per la forma della lama stessa e dell'affilatura solo da un lato della lama.Figo ma "semi-funzionale".

Eccezionali.
Avete presente l'effetto di una lama calda che poggia sul burro? Questo è quanto si sperimenta con questi coltelli.Bistecca al sangue, bella spessa e non accorgersi neanche di averla tagliata.Sono poi comodi in mano, ben bilanciati e molto belli da vedere.Forse per la pizza sono persino troppo affilati e taglienti (Attenzione se la mangiate nel cartone!).Ottimi, ottimi e ancora ottimi.

trovo che questo modello di coltello laguiole sia di forma particolare e piacevole. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buoni i materiali e tagliano sicuramente bene.

Coltelli da carne
Ottimo acquisto. Molto taglienti, evito di utilizzarli per sbucciare la frutta o la verdura. Sono in acciaio e lavabili in lavastoviglie.
