We received a slightly damaged piece did not bother with returns

though the packing was poor with very low quality thermocol, still the item arrived safely. got it installed and it looks really nice. the bulb supplied along with are edison type incandescent but not good for light. planning to replace it with a similar LED.considering the lamp shade - look and build quality its a worth buying item.

Light looks amazing.it enhance my kitchen look.worth the money. But as the bulb is 60 watts but not provide the light as much I thought.

Good packaging, no breakage whatsoever, I didn’t give a rating of 5 because the hanging robe had different colours (one had dark brown and three had light brown robe), the rest is all good!Note to the company- Details matter a lot! You can increase your sales and increase lot of fan following in these small details (eg: like the colour of the robes) please make sure to double check before your team send the package to your customers, thank you!

In picture company have shown light is with Filament bulb style , but however at actual delivery there is just regular bulb 💡 .

Firstly this being a decorative item, has a poor finish. While the holding wire & bulb holder looks fine, the main drawback is with the quality of glass. It's so cheap that there are stains all over and visible even more when light is turned on. Tried removing with good cleaning agents, yet no result. Moreover the glass itself has little pieces chipped off.
