This brace does help with posture, and I noticed it improving my back alignment after a few uses. However, the velcro is a huge letdown. It loses strength quickly and starts coming undone, especially if you move around a lot. I had to get additional velcro sewn on just to make it usable again.It’s not the most comfortable brace either, especially if you’re sitting for long periods. It can dig into your waist or shoulders. Overall, it does its job, but the quality of the velcro and comfort could be much better for the price.
