Goes on matte, turns glossy
Love the color. As others have stated polish dries to a matte finish. I did not use a topcoat and after a few days it has become glossy.

“That’s shore bright” should be a purple shade but like other reviews have stated it does not match the original and is pink. Item cannot be returned as well.

Normally, this brand bought in stores is the best I will never purchase from Amazon again because the quality was not good! nail polish was very runny and The manicure did not last more than two days.

Not as neon as pictured
Not as neon as pictured. However it's still pretty bright. Semi matte finish once dry. Good consistency, not old. I only did two coats on the one nail, just to check it out. I'd buy it again.

Love this color!
I bought this color a few years ago and didn't even realize it is NEON! Which is my favorite. I used it all and was lucky to find another bottle on amazon. I wish they had it in gel, but it was a seasonal color.
