Better magnesium
I was taking magnesium glycinate but my stomach didnt like it and I never feel anything different in my body,I sometimes have cramps and didnt help- I decided to try this one Bis Glycinate and I can feel more relaxed, I even sleep better, more restful -no stomach issues - no cramps I lobe it! Ordering a 2nd bottle today!!

HUGE PILLS!!
These pills are huge. I tried using a pill cutter on them and they shattered. I have other pills from this company and those pills are able to cut. I tried to find where on the label it showed tablet size and I couldn't find it.I would highly recommend this company show "actual pill size" as a photo on the label.

nasty looking pills
Have black specks and black smudges all in and on the the outside coating of tablets. Do not appear to have been prepared under the most sanitary of conditions!
