JDM ASTAR 9005 LED Plug-N-Play Error Free Anti Flickering Decoder

my vehicle uses pulses to send power to the headlight bulbs after replacing halogen with LED bulbs this was causing the bulbs to flicker when running in DRL mode, the issue is this decoders take care of correcting the flickering but dont do nothing to reduce power passed to the led bulbs, so yes the correct flickering but unfortunately the pass too much power to the led bulb making them run a full power, so my bulbs are running in high bean mode when they should be running dimmed a lower voltage. so i had to send them back as the are cheaper decoders that can achieve the same results. ideally the decoders should stabilize the pulsing power but keep the same voltage they receive instead of ramping up the power output. LED bulbs are very sensitive to voltage, so maintaining the original provided power received should be the objective.

I used this to work with JDM ASTAR T2 High Performance 9012 Bright White Light Output More Downroad Visibility LED Headlight Bulbs on my 2015 Chrysler 200. Made a big difference in the brightness of my lights with no flickering or shutting off. Super easy to connect, a monkey could do it.

I purchased the decoder along with a set of LED 9005 bulbs but the decoder did not allow the DRL to continue working, so i returned.

Did not function with my truck!However it feels like it’s a good quality decoder.

Pricey but it works on my 07 Acura MDX. Got rid of the DRL warning light
