I ordered 2 at a great price but received both damaged. Both had broken seals and one had product spilling over the entire cap. I want to keep this product because I like the way works but the only option I have under this seller is a return. Hoping there's a way I can just exchange it for a new undamaged product.

Love this product and this company! I ordered this face wash a few weeks ago & was so in love with the formula. Lathers very nicely and doesnt make my skin tender or sensitive (then follow up with a moisturizer from the same line). My skin has never looked better. I was sad though, because my bottle was defective and had issues getting the product out at times. With an easy email to the company, they quickly had a new one shipped to my house! I will continue to order from them and I highly reccomend this brand for any and every kind of skin! Its realitively scent-less also, which I love!

I only buy truly cruelty-free products, and to find an oil-free face cleanser that is cruelty-free in all aspects (company does not sell in China), was very difficult. So glad I found this. Oil-free cleansers are few and far between. Sparse to say the least. I really like the product, and the smell is wonderful, too.

Makes my skin feel light and moisturized. No issues with my very sensitive skin. Will definitely buy again! Highly recommend.

Gentle product but cleans my skin well.

Product does not come out of its container. Defective....love the cleanser but bottle defective. This is the second bottle I have purchased and the first one (never did form) I was able to get the product out.

I luv everything about this product. It cleanses well, but no dryness or tight feeling. Great product.
