Nice product quality

It's been 2 years and 7 months since I started using it. Still in very good condition. The only thing I don't like is that it takes 8hrs to get fully charged and it should be used within 1 day otherwise the battery drains out. The battery lasts for 30 mins after unplugged. No heat problems. The skin gets cut sometimes if we use it under our arms or the pubic area. Not suitable for that purpose.

Never ever buy Lifelong product. The worst so called brand which doesn't even have spare parts and that too for their new product. They say we don't have parts then say sorry and hang the call, then why you are making product and selling. You must understand that sometimes parts get broken by customer and you need to provide it. That's OK if you charge extra money but atleast provide the part because one cannot get that part at any other place due to fitting and make.This is what they mailed after call, full of lies and then what I replied. This is the first company I have ever encountered all these years which doesn't provide basic facility related spare parts and accessories.Let me correct you, in your courtesy email you have mentioned that due to Product damage it will not be covered in service. What product damage are you talking about? I jist asked for spare part that's it...! I never asked for a free service just for a 700 rs Product first of all. I asked your customer support guy to take money from me and send me spare part which is shaver comb. He told me that sorry we don't have spare part because we just sell our product and make customer fool and write long email as if we are one of the leading and professional company in india, but when it comes to buying accessories or spare part, that too after paying extra apart from so called service which I never asked for, we will bluntly refuse 👏You guys just write and keep your words on top without any sense in it.Did I ask for free service? NODid I even say single word about warranty? NODid I mention any physical damage? NODid I say I have a repair? NODid I ask for replacement? NOAll I asked is to provide me spare comb and I will pay. It's a basic understanding that if someone is ready to pay amount for extra spare part, the company is liable to provide him that part. But you guys don't have. It's a sad situation and companies like yours are destroying customer relationship which ultimately force people to look for better Reliabile options.Last but not least, In case You want call recording, ask me.
