Use a seller who cares about their service and their customers.The product is fine. These are the perfect novelty shoe. I own two different pair. Yes, they are terribly plastic and cheaply made- just as you should expect them to be. Perfectly gaudy! I love them.BUT, when this seller sent TWO pair of the same shoe AFTER they wrote to confirm that I only wanted ONE pair, they refused to pay the return shipping. They charged me for two pair and now expect me to also pay them to take the shoes back. I know this only because of their refusal to respond to my attempts to communicate. They do not respond to my requests. I have only been able to access the self-shipping label. They don't respond to my messages despite having been available in the past. If I'd known these shoes would cost me over $130 I would NEVER have bought them. They are fun shoes, but not $130 fun. This review is my last try to contact them while saving other buyers from suffering the same experience.

I Don’t Like Them...I Love Them‼️These shoes are absolutely B E A U T I F U L 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽They sparkle better than photo’s can capture. They are well made and comfortable.I wear a 9 but ordered a 9.5 and they fit perfectly with a little room so the toes don’t hang over the edge.They come wrapped separately in cloth bags with extra heels and bling in them.I ordered the Gold and Peacock Blue and I am just beside myself at the beauty of these shoes.Beyond pleased. They left Honk Kong 4 days after I ordered them, cleared customs immediately in the states and was delivered the next day after that. It was promised between July 1-4 and they arrived on the 1st.I am an Amazon Junkie and these shoes are by far my best grab 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.You truly won’t be sorry😘

I can't understand the buckle. There's a hook and a buckle. Why??? Usually you use the buckle to attach the strap. This has 2 straps. One with a non-functional buckle and one with a hook. I'm really smart but I'm lost on how to secure the shoes! My wedding is in 6 months. I better figure it out. Otherwise, I love the shoesUpdate: My fiance figured out the buckle. LOL The hook just hooks behind the "buckle." Such a weird design.
