Not very loud, very subtle, won't wake you up, makes winter sound like summer !

The media could not be loaded.  I put this wind chime up on April 3rd and it is June 2nd as I write this. The wind chime was very thoughtfully packaged to prevent the strings from becoming twisted or knotted. Since being placed in the tree, it has withstood very windy days and powerful thunderstorms without falling, becoming entangled, rusting, or breaking. I am very impressed by the quality of this wind chime and it makes me so happy to hear the beautiful sounds it creates. Every garden should have a wind chime! For me, they evoke a sense of calm and tranquility, as well as nostalgia for the summers of my early childhood. They make a yard (or a patio or porch) feel more like part of the home. I've always wanted a wind chime and this one was everything I hoped it would be: the perfect level of soft, delicate background noise. It would be an excellent gift for a housewarming, for a budding gardener, or for anyone else who needs a touch more comfort and relaxation in their home.

Bought this as a gift for my pigeon. (Yes, really) Bill loves it and enjoys running back & forth under the clapper making the chimes ring above his head. I love it. Bill’s cage is in the living room and the chimes are soft enough that they don’t interfere with listening the tv or music, and melodious enough that I enjoy hearing them when the rest of the house is silent - especially when Bill wakes up earlier that I do and/or starts playing with them in the middle of the night. In fact, he’s playing them right now. 😀 And, the note they included was really cute. I removed 1 star for packaging because the box was flimsy & had come open, but it was inside the outer bag & the chimes were wrapped well enough that there was no damage. If they had shipped without the outer bag, that might not have been the case, and it would have been difficult if I’d wanted to wrap them as a gift for a human. Once Bill eventually goes to a perch in the sky, those chimes are mine. They’re keepers.

When the winds blow here, my older wind chime made great sounds. It was heavier but after time, the strings broke and cannot be replaced. This particular wind chime just tinkles softly. In a wind "storm" of 25MPH, I just hear the wind. Not this chime. It only tinkles if I move it by hand.

The media could not be loaded.  The price was incredible! Will buy again and will recommend to buy. It arrived quickly and extremely well packed. The box was not damaged in any way as it was obviously shipped with care and pride (great gift idea). Inside the box was a note from the seller that explained who the small business seller was and how to care for the product. The sound is better than many other expensive wind chimes (listen to attached video). The only reason why I gave 4 stars for craftsmanship is because I have some doubts on the durability of the nylon rope used to hold the chime together (time will tell). Other than the rope, all the parts used to construct the chime are good quality and long lasting.

These are not my biggest chimes yet they can be heard. Love their melody and they look so good on back porch.

This windchime took quite some time to arrive but once it did, I have to say it's very nice. It has a really lovely sounds too it, it's more whimsical vs. some of the larger options available.

I wanted a small one to use for keeping deer away from a garden. The size is perfect but it takes a lot of wind to make any noise and then that is still fairly quiet. I was needing one that was louder but I guess the size and shape makes a difference there. If you just want a quiet wind charm this one is fine and the price is right. I was able to rig it up to a fence in a corner that will make it jiggle when the raccoons climb the fence so in that respect it is doing the job intended.

Very simple to look at, but when a breeze or the wind catches it, it comes alive & one hears the glorious chimes of the Bells of Old. It is a centuries-old traditional artefact that has given, & still gives, pleasure & hope.
