not comfortable, but its not supposed to be
Always have wrist issues (I need to stop watching tv on my phone in bed). This keeps my wrist/hand in the position it should be in. My arm did cramp the first couple of times I wore it. I started feeling the positive effects in a few days. The Velcro straps are super long so you need to trim them. I really do appreciate how much better I feel after wearing this.

Good quality, I thought it worked well.
I have bought these for both for the right and left hand at different times for thumb and wrist pain from crutches. I think you have to be cognizant of size to ensure comfort. Not much info in the ad so I'll put some measurements here, I hope it helps.Sizes/construction: Length from forearm end (at top of arm) to end of thumb 8". To knuckles ~7.5", to end of little finger ~7". The metal thumb brace for the thumb is 8" and runs along the length of the brace 1/2" from the end of the thumb. It is 3/4" wide and can be bent to mould to your hand, but strong. The middle brace (for wrist/carpal tunnel) runs to the knuckle and his 1-1/2" wide, can be bent to form to your hand. The is a lot of velcro straps which keeps the brace secure. The upper (forearm) strap is 1-1/2" wide, the middle 1-1/2", and the one across the knuckles 1". The velcro is pretty long and for many users can/will be cut. There is plenty to run around your arm/wrist to secure. The buckles are a had plastic, they don't bend, and are strong and would withstand any pressure you put on them from tightening. On the other aspect while each hard buckle will not flex with your arm, there is a soft plastic like brace 1/2" wide that runs up the outer brace to allow some flexing. There is one strap for the thumb across the end of the metal brace, and allows to flex the last joint but immobilizes the thumb knuckle, but may take some adjusting of the brace. The third strap does go across the thumb knuckle for support. The metal brace from third strap is 2", so you may want to measure your thumb to see whether this will work for you. In the reviews (or Q&A) some said there was inadqequate thumb support, I suspect this might be the issue. If you have a glove that fits you well you might measure and compare to get an idea of how this brace would work for youUtility: I was using this for painful thumb and writs from using crutches (not carpal tunnel). I felt once it got adjusted it worked well, particularly the wrist. The 8" length worked well, for me it went to mid-forearm. My forearm at the top of the brace is ~10-11" and it fit well. Inside is lined with a blue cushiony material that is comfortable, made of a synthetic material, but such that it breaths well and I didn't get sticky from perspiration (but also live cool climate). On the bottom of the brace, where the straps go across there is a black colored.double layer sock like material for comfort. The stitching is good, I rani it through the washer a few times with no problems. I don't remember if I put it through the dryer. Over time there was some fraying on the edges of the straps, a few loose threads, that could be trimmed off. Over time the velcro picked up lint that I removed with fingers to tweezers. Better some lint that not sticking but I guess the alternative (which didn't) happen, not sticking due to link.Overall it worked for me, perhaps as the dimensions of the brace fit my anatomy length of fingers and thumb. Well made in terms of materials and construction (padding, stitching). If you found the extra measurements and details helpful, please hit the helpful button- provides joy and motivation to do the experiments for this great community. Thanks for reading!

Perfect Brace for Wrist Pain!
This really helped my wife who was having some serious pain in her right wrist. We have a 7 month old little girl so this is normal for mothers to go through apparently. Anyway, nothing was working to relieve the pain, not even pain meds. We got this based off my cousins recommendation (he’s a spine surgeon) and she has seen immediate improvement. She wears the brace while sleeping and wakes up with immediate relief. Thankful Amazon had this bc Walmart, Walgreens, etc did NOT! Awesome brace!

Needed for my Right Hand/Writst/Arm
I get tendinitis really bad in both extremities and only way to get better (Ice helps) and to use these braces so you don't move it those parts. Velcro does come long however you can cut them down. I'd rather have too much velcro versus not enough. This brand much better priced than other's I was looking at and almost looks like my left one that my Doctor gave me many years ago.

Helped at first
Good brace, but the Velcro wore the material out. Wore it about a month. I have big wrist and it fit well. Velcro seems to be stronger than material and there is too much of it, I guess. But it did help.

Works great. You just have to wear it consistently till you heal.
Works great. You just have to wear it consistently till you heal. Purchased it together with 2 other wrist braces, They each had different stabilizing capabilities. This was the one I intended to totally immobilize. I wore a softer brace to sleep.Research what you need. Quality braces sold online now rival what you get issued in the doctor's office. My wrist/thumb/lower arm healed completely. I then had to put in the effort to regain strength, and range of motion.

Too much exposed Velcro, but other than that, GREAT!
The padding on the inside is nice and the adjustably is awesome. My only complaint is the exposed Velcro sticks to everything! My hair, pillow cases, clothes (ruined a scarf😔), anything fabric. Not only did it make the fabric fuzzy, but it gets all yucky looking with all of that stuck to it.

Best wrist support.
Broke my wrist and needed very strong thumb support. It was some small fractures and a bad sprain, what they gave me at the hospital was mediocre at best. This was the best support I could have had, highly reccomend.
