These tablets were huge but I am able to pop them and chew them. They taste lovely and truly helped me with my health. I am able to sleep properly. It actually does exactly what it says. I have put it on repeat order. I recommend this product.

I like the fact it works.I like the fact it’s natural.I don’t like the fact they are huge and I feel like a spy swallowing a key piece of info to stop the bad guys getting it.But hurrah for not having sore breasts.

Would not recommend. Capsules were stuck together like a block suggesting exposure to heat of some sort and as such the efficacy of these Evening primrose oil capsules is very poor. Other brands available on Amazon that are of much higher quality
