This thing Sucks (the water and moisture out of the air)
This is my third one. Oh-all three work flawlessly. I have a huge basement garage, lots of square feet and tall ceilings (okay lots of cubic feet). I bought one of these for the garage and it did fine but two would cover the space and do better. So-I have two in my mancave. The camper and classic car and daily drivers are safe from the humidity. Everything in the basement garage is kept dry, protected from the humidity. And-the temperature is actually 5-10 degrees cooler than the hot, humid, sticky air. So-why not add a third dehumidifier to my attic?-Yeah, it's well insulated but the furnace, holiday decorations, suitcases, etc. are up there. Well-now they're protected too. I think these dehumidifiers are well made. The cheap plastic kind from the big box hardware stores are expensive and don't handle the heavy duty continuous operation. This has a pump and drain line to move the water to a drain. You will want to have access to a drain. No internal catch basin, no auto-shutoff if you drain into a bucket. Set the desired humidity and this thing works! All 3 of them (helps to wait until they go on sale.) UPDATE: The unit I've had in operation since 2021 tripped my GFCI. I contacted the manufacturer. They were great to work with. They honored their warranty. First we went through some troubleshooting. They sent me a new motherboard-easy to remove and replace. Did not fix the problem. I had to mail the unit (I paid shipping, it's not cheap for the large box at 70lbs.) But-within one day of receiving it they offered a free replacement but no additional warranty or $XXX off a new one. I went with a free replacement-and they shipped it quickly. Overall a positive experience.

100% worth it
I am an HVAC technician and work with a lot of air conditioning and refrigeration type of equipment which is similar in nature to a dehumidifier every day. It’s not often for me to see high quality equipment such as this and I am really impressed by it. The digital readout shows you Amp draw, as well as many other detailed operating functions. The unboxing and installation process is extremely easy. The power cable is more than long enough and the drain line they provide and the quick connect is awesome and the quiet unit operation is amazing. The old dehumidifier I had used to keep me awake at night this one you can’t even tell when it’s on. My basement is roughly 1200 ft.² and this unit is more than adequate and does an excellent job. Within 24 hours of turning it on I noticed a significant difference in the climate of my basement plus the unit actually turns off compared to the old Home Depot whatever brand dehumidifier I had which ran constantly and sometimes would drain other times you would have to empty the bucket etc etc which was aggravating. This dehumidifier is 100% awesome and worth the money.

Worth every penny.
Great product. Works really well and it has a built in pump that auto drains every time you turn it off. Well made industrial size, weight and quality. Used it once and got my money's worth. A+

Great customer support
Installed this unit in our basement to help with damp issues. Worked great, and has kept our basement nicely dry for a few years. We did have a problem recently but their customer support was perfect. Andre was quick to respond and helped troubleshoot the problem over a couple of emails. They sent a new motherboard and pump with precise installation instructions and the unit was up and running again in no time. Great unit and 5 stars for customer support.

You need to maintain it if you want to last 10 years
This humidifier works really well. It has kept my basement offices dry as a bone. It has one design flaw. As it has an internal drainage pump, if the pump needs work it's a big deal to disassemble the thing and get to the pump. At 21 months of service, I started getting an error message that indicated the pump was not draining properly. I looked up the troubleshooting and saw how to open the case and get to the pump to clean it. A filter in the system had become clogged white slimy gelatinous stuff created by some organism living in the water. I cleaned everything but the pump wouldn't work when I reassembled it. Support was very good and they are sending me a new pump. In the meantime in the most humid time of the year, I'm out of function for a week. I paid a little bit more attention to the cleaning and maintenance directions which advises you clean the pump to three times a year. This is the problem with an internal pump. There are algae suppressing tablets you can put in the water reservoir but you still have to take the case apart to get in there and drop a pill in. It was a lot less expensive than my previous Santa Fe dehumidifier which had an external pump. So I'm saying it's a great humidifier really well but you need to do maintenance and the maintenance is a royal pain. They could've designed it better.
