Enfin !....
.... enfin j'ai trouvé LE bon outil pour affûter tous les couteaux. J'ai utilisé une pierre grain 8000/3000, un affûteur à roulettes, et j'en passe. J'ai beau être appliqué et percévérant, je suis pas rémouleur de formation. Et là, enfin du résultat...:) Respire la qualité. Je n'aurai qu'un mot, vous l'aurez trouvé : enfin!
