It works
This suits me perfect. It works well with me to support my back and ab hernia while lifting and working in the yard.

Stiff support
It’s very stiff. It is low profile but there is very little give in the Back material. It’s comfortable but you need to be aware so that it is what you want.

Runs small
The belt runs very small, i got a size up from my size and its just enough to get it closed around my body. Other than that its pretty good. Support is not too strong but is suppose to be something to wear underneath clothes so it cant be too bulky.

No instructions
The product arrived with no instructions or documentation. After trying to figure out what to do with the straps, I think I put it on correctly and was able to use it. Without a manual or instruction sheet, I have no way of knowing if I’m using the product correctly or if I could be benefiting from it more.

Sizes Off
First one I ordered was small. I wear sz 2 so I figured small! No WAY, had to zend back and get Med!
