Not the item which was ordered so it was sent back
This battery charger was not suitable for the camera battery even though the purchase information said that it was. I tried to get in touch with the company to check before ordering but it does not have a website or a phone number or an address. Amazon acted swiftly and sent it back. I have learned a lesson.

This product does the job. If I had bought the same item under the Cannon brand it would have cost around £100 more. Excellent service.
