Better than Sliced Bread
I’m a woman who’s been shaving her head for 29 years and have had Remington clippers in the past and always liked them. I saw the idea of this somewhere and decided to do some research and came across this and all its good reviews. I was skeptical, but decided to try it. It truly is a game-changer!No more laying paper towels or plastic bags down (and unnecessary waste) or awful cleanup after. This clipper really does suck up 98% of the hair. I was shocked at what a good job it did. It leaves behind about the same amount an inconsiderate husband might after a much-needed maintenance shave. It also makes cutting itself easier. Because it sucks up the hair as it goes, you can more easily see what you’re doing. No left behind hair stuck to your head. No itches in the shoulders.I haven’t yet tried it on my husband… I do his beard and full haircut once a month, and he has VERY thick hair, so that will be a real test. I’ll be sure to come back and update. But so far… amazing. I already texted it to my brother who recently started shaving his head too 😂I think my only concern would be: longevity. I don’t know if it will last a year or a decade. I do take care of my clippers so I hope it will last. And I’ll pray they never stop making it just in case it does need replacement, whether it’s sooner or later. One other thing… I’m used to a cordless so I didn’t know if the cord would bug me. It didn’t. It’s long enough and thin enough to not get in the way. But it isn’t replaceable (it’s permanently attached), so it’s another possible point of failure. I’m being careful how I store it.Thanks for a great product Remington. It will be a pleasure not having to prep ahead of time and do a lot of annoying cleanup after. Love it!

Greatest Invention Ever!
This is the greatest invention of all time: hair and beard clippers with a built in vacuum cleaner! No more mess, no hairs to clog up drains and make a mess on the floor. I love it. I am 84 years old and live alone and cut my own hair and that has always been a challenge. These clippers make it easy. I often have the clippers at an odd angle, tilted out of position, yet it seems to collect all of the hair that I cut off. It has a clear cover on the vacuum part so you can check it and when it is getting full, it is easy to pull the plastic "catcher" off and shake the hairs out. Then pop it back on to the clippers and continue clipping. It has a lot of combs so I just picked a couple that work best for me and they work fine. Be careful if you don't put one of the combs on the cutters because it will nick you. I wish the power cord were a little thicker. It is thin and stiff so when it bunches up it is a little harder to straighten out, but that's okay - the vacuum cleaner function makes this an A+++ item.

Powerful haircut kit with vacuum cleanup
Blades are sharp and it cuts clean. The vacuum chamber actually works and keeps the mess down. Feels a little bulky in the hand but overall a solid choice for home haircuts.

Great Product! Works for me!
I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised when I used it for the first time today. Not only does it collect all the hair but apparently while vacuuming it straightens the hairs for a more even cut. I only allow my hair to reach 1" on top so I'm not cutting long hairs. For my needs it's great! Also surprised at how well it collects cut hair. Kind of amazing!

Excellent no-mess cutter
I really like this. The vacuum sucks up hair almost completely, saving a lot of cleanup of scattered tiny hairs. I use it mainly as a beard trimmer but I also gave myself a (barely) acceptable solo haircut once. Note that it runs on AC, not a battery.

The Remington Vacuum Hair Clipper outperforms my Flowbee
I had cut my hair with a Flowbee for well over 20 years. Recently, the household vacuum cleaner I used with the Flowbee stopped working. I discovered I could still use the Flowbee with my shop vac, but the experience made me wonder if I should switch to a hair clipper. I discovered this item, the Remington Vacuum Hair Clipper, at a reasonable price. My experience so far is that the Remington gives me a good-looking haircut in about half the time I used to spend with the Flowbee because I am only using one relatively small machine (no hose to manipulate and no separate vacuum cleaner to hook up). Also, the clippers with comb attachments are more efficient than the Flowbee suck -and-cut method. Lastly the tapered combs provided with the Remington give a smoother taper to the sides than I was able to achieve with the Flowbee. For me, the ease and results are well worth the price to make the switch. The built-in vacuum is as effective as the Flowbee at trapping hair trimmings.
